Girls Event Cancellation Insurance Deadline: October 31st, 2024

Boys Event Cancellation Insurance Deadline: November 6th, 2024

Only teams selecting to purchase the optional Event Cancellation Insurance will be entitled to a monetary refund in the event of a full or partial tournament cancellation. Any team not electing to purchase the optional event cancellation insurance (through the GotSport platform) will not receive a monetary refund and may be eligible for a CREDIT of a up to 50% of tournament entry fee due to cancellation.   Should a team receive a credit due to cancellation, it must be used for another S3 event  by November 30th, 2025.
